  • Information you send us. When you complete a form on our Get verified page, we receive the details you enter — such as your name, business name, email, phone, website and any message. These are emailed to us so we can respond.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our server may log standard information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and assess applications or verification requests.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Legal basis

We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the directory and responding to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep reasonable records, then delete them.

Sharing

We may use trusted third parties to host the website and deliver email. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your rights
