Asbestos surveys and removal in London

What a Verified badge means

Before a business gets a Verified badge, we:

1. Look it up online: its website, its public reviews, good and bad, and anything that should worry a customer.
2. Ring the business during working hours, and check that it answers with its own name.
3. Email the address on the listing with a one-time link, and the business approves its listing or asks us to remove it.

Each Verified listing shows when it was last checked. We do not check insurance, audit accounts or inspect work, and we do not guarantee any job, so please ask any business for its insurance certificate before you hire. Read the full process.

About asbestos surveys and removal in London

Asbestos work in London usually begins with a survey, where a surveyor samples suspect materials such as insulation board, textured coatings, pipe lagging and floor tiles, and reports what is present and where. Removal, encapsulation or monitoring then follows, depending on the material's condition and the planned building work. When you ask for a written quote, make sure it is based on that survey rather than a guess. The quote should also say what it covers, such as packing, parking and stairs, so nothing is left unclear.
